The ScanPlus test software is a 32-bit Windows 95, 98, NT application that is comprised of three basic elements: Test Program Generation (ScanPlusTPG), Test Execution including diagnostics (ScanPlus Runner™), and Interactive JTAG debugging (ScanPlus Debugger). Boundary-scan test software is available for all Corelis boundary-scan controllers and SCANIO™ modules. Test software in the form of a Scan Function "C" library (SFL) is also provided as a standard feature of every boundary-scan controller product. This software can be used to develop custom test programs and provides a user with a great degree of flexibility. |
